The Health Sciences Association of Alberta is encouraging both members of its union and the public to avoid sending correspondence via a Hotmail email account.

An external Hotmail account has caused most other Hotmail communications with the HSAA to be blocked.

Health Sciences is currently trying to locate the Hotmail server that is causing the issue, but until it can be resolved, the association is encouraging all communication occur using a different email account, or by telephone.

Health Sciences is not responsible for the unsuccessful communication sent from other internet service providers, such as Hotmail.

Individuals with these accounts should inform their respective service provider of the problem.
